Policies and Frequently Asked Questions

Orders

  • Squinky Toys and Collectables aims to process all orders within three business days. Sometimes, unforeseen delays may arise. In the event there is a delay in processing your order, Squinky Toys will contact the buyer.
     

  • If you wish to cancel an order before it ships, contact Squinky Toys and Collectables for a full refund, including shipping costs. Once an item has shipped, it is up to the buyer to return the item for a refund of the purchase price only.

 

Pre-orders

  • All products for sale as pre-orders will be clearly marked in the description. These items are not immediately available and will be shipped as soon as they are received from the manufacturer. Squinky Toys & Collectables is not responsible for changes to release dates or other details released by the manufacturer.
     

  • All pre-orders must be paid in full at the time of order. We do not accept partial payments or deposits.
     

  • To cancel a pre-order, the buyer must contact us at least one week before the expected release date. A full refund, including shipping costs, will be issued to the buyer once the cancellation is processed.
     

  • In the event a pre-ordered item is not available, the buyer will be issued a full refund including shipping costs.

 

Payment methods

  • Squinky Toys and Collectables accepts all major credit cards and PayPal for purchases made through the website.
     

  • Sorry, no checks or money orders are accepted.

 

Shipping

  • Squinky Toys and Collectables ships its merchandise through the United States Postal Service. Domestic Shipments will be calculated based on the shipping schedule provided.
     

  • International customers should contact us for a shipping quote.
     

  • Estimated shipping time is determined by the products and services you choose. Once an item has shipped, we cannot control the speed with which it arrives at its destination. Tracking information will be provided upon request.
     

  • If an item is damaged during shipping, please return the item for a replacement.

     

Return and Refunds

  • Squinky Toys and Collectables will accept returns of all merchandise within 30 days of purchase. All returned items must be unopened and unused.
     

  • In the event an item is damaged or defective, contact us for a replacement or refund.
     

  • Refunds will not be issued without prior authorization. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, contact us so we can help find the best solution for everyone.

 

What is refunded?

 

  • Canceled Pre-order = purchase price + shipping

  • Canceled order before item ships = purchase price + shipping

  • Returned items = replacement or purchase price only

  • Damaged/defective = replacement*

 

* If a damaged item is returned and a replacement is not available, the buyer will be refunded the purchase price of the item. Shipping will not be refunded.
